Commonly known as "Fungal Acne", Malassezia is an overgrowth of yeast on the skin's surface that can also infect the hair follicle and cause itchy, pimple-like pustules to erupt. Over time the fungus continues to multiply and if mistaken for normal acne it can be worsened by typical acne treatments and certain natural remedies & products.   • What are your business hours?

    • Customer Service can be reached Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm eastern time on our toll free number.
    • Address corrections, recommendations, and suggestions on skincare regimens can be texted to (754) 888-2600 anytime.
    • Fulfillment, processing, & shipping of orders are done Monday - Friday.
    • Any orders that come in over the weekend will not begin being fulfilled until the following Monday.
    • No orders are fulfilled, moved to the "processing" phase, or shipped over the weekend or on national holidays.
    • Emails and text messages are replied to in the order that they are received as soon as time permits.

  • What is the shipping time frame?

    • Orders are shipped Priority Mail 5 days a week in the order in which they are recieved, weekends and holidays are not included.
    • No orders are packed or shipped on the weekends.
    • When you place an order your status is moved to the "awaiting processing" phase where it can potentially be for 1-10 business days depending on the overflow of orders.
    • Once your order has began being fulfilled and processed an automated email will be sent out updating you that your order has been moved to the "processing" phase.
    • Please allow 1-10 business days for orders to be processed.
    • As soon as a shipping label is created for your order an email will be sent out along with your tracking number.
    • Your order will be mailed out in the manner that was chosen at checkout, but please be advised that we have no control over the Postal Service and their ability to get your package to you in a timely fashion.

  • Are all your products natural?

    • Yes all of our products are natural, include organic ingredients, and all of our face products are "Fungal Acne Friendly".

  • What is the shelf life on your products?

    • Our products are preservative free and have a gauranteed shelf life ranging from 3 months to 1 year depending on the product.

  • How should i store my products?

    • In a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    • Our apologies for any inconvenience, but we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products. All sales are final, but please contact the toll free number during business hours or send a text if you have an issue with your order.
    • Packages that are returned to sender (Ashe Oshun Skincare) will not be re-shipped, but will be refunded; shipping charges will not be refunded.
    • Shipping prices are not dictated by Ashe Oshun Skincare they are determined by USPS at checkout based on the shipping destination and the weight of the order in full.
    • Ashe Oshun Skincare is not responsible for lost packages, shipping delays, or packages marked delivered, but not received by the customer. In the event that any of these situations occur please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number.

  • Where are your products made & packaged?

    • Our products are made in the USA in small batches to ensure quality & freshness.

  • Why is there a slight visual difference in my product compared to my last order?

    • Our products are made with natural ingredients that may vary in color from batch to batch which may effect the product color differently from batch to batch. If you receive a product that is slightly lighter or darker in color than the previous batch that is absolutely normal.
